3-4 lb pot roast
10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
16 oz bottle of Coke, Pepsi or other cola
1. Pace meat in slow cooker.
2. Top with mushroom soup and onion soup mix. Pour in cola.
3. Cover and cook on High for 6 hours. (I cooked mine on low for 9 hours)
I took the extra sauce from this and put in a pan with some corn starch to thicken it for gravy and then put the gravy on mashed potatoes. It was really good.
