-1/2 cup soy sauce
-1/2 cup margarine
-1/2 cup brown sugar
-1/4 cup water
-1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
-4-6 chicken breasts
-combine ingredients and cook together for 5 minutes on medium heat. Cool slightly, pour over chicken and cook for 1 hour at 350. Serve chicken over rice and drizzle with remaining sauce.
WaHoo! This dish was super easy and soooo yummy! My husband loved it so much that he's been begging me to make again....even though I just made it last weekend. Ha ha!
